Living Room – with Air Conditioning
The living and dining room has a powerful yet barely noticeable ceiling-mounted air conditioning unit. The furnishings include a comfortable corner sofa, a large solid wooden dining table with 4 wooden chairs and a large TV with satellite reception and internet connection (Smart TV with the usual apps). High chairs are provided on request.
Bedroom with Garden View – with Air Conditioning
This bedroom has a barely noticeable ceiling-mounted air conditioning unit. It faces the garden side of the holiday house and is provided as the primary bedroom.
Second Bedroom
The bedroom can be equipped with one or two children's beds
placed beside the parents' bed on request. The children's beds
(140 cm x 60 cm) can also be placed free-standing. Thick and clean
mattresses. Medium firmness, which may be perceived differently
depending on body weight and personal preference.
Including neck pillows in addition to regular pillows. TV
in the room, not shown in the photo.
This bedroom does not have air conditioning. However, if the door to the living room is left open, the air conditioning is able to cool down the entire floor.
Hallway

Bathroom
The holiday house has one bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin and granite flooring. Please bring your own towels.

The kitchen with granite flooring includes:

The Garden
Parking: Two cars can be parked on the property in the driveway.
The garden features a dining table with garden chairs, sun lounger, trampoline, slide, sandpit, a large parasol and a stone barbecue.
The entire garden is well suited for children thanks to the 1000 m² property size. Garden toys for children, ride-on cars, scooters, sandpit toys, slide, swing and a trampoline are available.
The garden does not have a uniform lawn; rather, it is a meadow consisting of grass, flowers and moss, but all kept short.
The automatic garden irrigation activates once daily. The times can be coordinated together so that nobody is caught by surprise.
