Safety
Alarm system in the house. Lockable window handles in most rooms. The garden gate can only be opened with a key from both directions. This means children cannot leave the property unnoticed. The garden is only accessible to house guests. No other people on the 1000 m² property. Two parking spaces on the property. All sockets have manufacturer-integrated child safety covers. Additionally, the entire electrical system is protected by an RCD circuit breaker. Automatic garden irrigation.
